My name is Ify or Jessica or you can make it a compound name Ify Jessica. I'm a graduate student at New York University with a passion for fitness/nutrition and health/wellness.

I love love love sports; basketball (I'm a shooting guard), soccer (Man Utd), American football, etc. I love to workout as well and I love music; I love to sing, I love to worship God with my voice. Needless to say, I love God; He's first, would not be where I am today without Him.

I believe that EVERYONE can be fit and most importantly healthy. I hate hearing the phrase 'I was born this way'.

Fit is the new sexy y'all. And ladies, being fit does not mean being muscular.

Anyways, I'm here basically to give you insight (some facts and some of my opinions) on stuff about health/wellness, fitness/nutrition and the most powerful plant on earth, Aloe Vera. Will also share with you some of my experiences.
