No one ever tells you the struggles of running a blog or embarking on a fitness journey. We all get to see the end results and think, 'Well, this is pretty easy, anybody can achieve this". Wrong!!!
There are days you would want to give up and even what pushed you to start at first doesn't motivate you anymore. What next? When you get to this point, what do you need to continue pushing forward?



Stopping or taking a break doesn't mean you're a quitter, neither are you a failure. It just means you're human like the rest of us and you'd stumble as you take each step. My reason for taking the next step is each and every one of you out there reading this blog, I appreciate and applaud your efforts. It's hard but it is worth it. When you get to this breaking point, find a friend or someone on the same journey with you, sharing your struggles can be really therapeutic; remind yourself what the ultimate goal is; make little goals toward that ultimate goal and watch yourself grow.

Each time you pick that healthy meal over a cheese burger; each time you run an extra minute or an extra mile; each time you move to the next level, that's major progress my friend. You won't change overnight, so keep working hard, put in that extra effort, change your life step by step and you will eventually see results. You will be so proud of what you accomplish, trust me.

I'm always excited when I get feedback from people about their journey. It's amazing to watch people grow stronger. Don't let anyone lie to you that it took a short period of time. It's a journey, full of ups and downs. Enjoy the level you are at and work to move up!

1000 views!!! I'm excited. Thank you for sticking with me. Remember to leave feedback and ask questions, no matter how silly. As I said in the first and second post, it's a laid back environment, especially for newbies.
There's more great stuff coming your way. We've pretty much covered the basics, which I thought was very important to get out of the way before posting exercises/workouts, meal plans, etc.
