No one ever tells you the struggles of running a blog or embarking on a fitness journey. We all get to see the end results and think, 'Well, this is pretty easy, anybody can achieve this". Wrong!!!
There are days you would want to give up and even what pushed you to start at first doesn't motivate you anymore. What next? When you get to this point, what do you need to continue pushing forward?

I'm pretty sure y'all are like 'oh no, another fitness/health/wellness/nutrition blog'. I totally get it. There are so many blogs, websites, Instagram pages and Twitter accounts on fitness/health/wellness/nutrition and way too much information out there that it has become overwhelming.
